Project Description:

The building consists of five levels, one underground, three above ground and partially a fourth indented level. The garage designed to provide 14 parking spaces is accessible though the use of an open platform is placed the underground level and on the border of the eastern side of the plot. The lobby, which contains the vertical communications - staircase and elevator is located on the first level. All upper levels are intended as office spaces.
