KD, together with all associated ancillary spaces and facilities, including a surface car park, underground and above-ground tanks, an electrical substation, and advertising and information signage. According to the Client’s classification, the hypermarket is intended for the sale of food and non-food goods.

The façades are finished with insulated sandwich panels clad in composite material. The main facade colour is grey, with red accent elements. The administrative section of the building is finished with insulated sandwich panels and light-grey Etalbond cladding.
