The new design proposal entails the construction of a new building adjacent to the existing Kaufland hypermarket, intended for lease to concessionaires. The new structure is a freestanding building situated on the property at the required distance from the existing one. It is a single-story building with a steel structure and facade walls made of three-layer panels. The entrance to the retail unit and a designated area for an advertising panel are located on the north side, while the delivery entrance is situated on the south side. Sidewalks for pedestrian access are provided around the building, and the existing landscaping has been preserved.
