Multi-Family Residential Building in Knyazhevo

The building is a multi-family residential development comprising six apartments—two on each floor.

It is centrally positioned within the plot, with the main living spaces oriented to the northeast, southeast, and southwest. The main entrance is located on the northwest side, facing a side pedestrian path that provides access to the building.

The underground garage is accessed directly from the street via a ramp with a 15% gradient. It provides six parking spaces, as well as storage units for each apartment. An additional three parking spaces are provided with direct access from the street.

The exterior design combines white and coloured mineral render with varying textures and aluminium details.
