The urban design solution takes into account the overall context of the surrounding environment, as well as the orientation, shape, size, and topography of the site. It is carefully integrated within the planning parameters of the regulated land plot.

The main architectural concept is a natural development of the urban design approach. The south-facing spaces on the first two floors accommodate the principal communal areas: the main reception space—the forum—the swimming pool, the large and small sports halls, the cafeteria, and the library. The combined height of these two floors is determined by the requirement for a clear ceiling height of 7 metres in the large sports hall. The classrooms and administrative areas are located on the third and fourth floors.
