Office level, Porsche Center Sofia

The client is looking for a complete transformation of their second floor into an office center for rent.  The design development provided by ADA AD and team is based on the expertise of an international designer that created a concept design complying with the design guidelines and interior design standards of the client.

As a first step in the design development process, the area was measured, and a layout of the existing condition was prepared accompanied by a detailed Bill of Quantities for demolition works.

The design package includes detailed drawings and specifications of: glass walls towards the communication halls; internal gypsum board partitions; suspended gypsum board ceiling; PVC flooring for the common spaces, and high-quality tile carpets for the offices.

The design splits the floor into various zones, each with its unique purpose. The first zone is the reception and business club, which has color shades, evoking sophistication, and professionalism. The dominant color for the working area, giving it a sense of focus and clarity, is white. New HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems are developed and detailed in the respective design parts.
