Senior Citizens’ Club, Samovodene Village

The building is located in the central part of the village of Samovodene, within a landscaped park setting. The existing 188 sq m building, which currently accommodates the Pensioners’ Club, is a combination of structures and extensions in poor technical condition.

Following an analysis of the existing condition, it was decided to construct a new 170 sq m building for the Pensioners’ Club on the site of the existing one. The spatial and functional layout has been designed to support both the club’s everyday activities and larger community events.

The central foyer provides access to the club room, an event hall, sanitary facilities—including an accessible toilet for people with disabilities—the manager’s office with a kitchenette, and a storage room. A terrace covered by a pergola is planned on the south side of the club room.
