Single-Family House, Dolna Banya

The project responds to the brief’s defining requirement for a compact, single-storey dwelling, which can be conceived as a square with approximate side dimensions of 22–24 metres. The requirement for a unified hipped roof defines the character of the silhouette and creates significant interior height in the central spaces.

The layout is organised entirely on one level, at elevation ±0.00. The programme includes an entrance foyer; a bedroom wing with three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom; a living room connected to the dining area and kitchen; a master bedroom with a private bathroom; a guest WC; a utility room; and storage and ancillary spaces.
