Project Description:

The project's concept is to change the function of the existing building, while still under construction. The building contains offices and underground parking. The first floor contains a reception foyer, staircase with an elevator, bathrooms and offices, accessible from the lobby and a private exit to the yard. The second, third and fourth floors are developed as independent offices with separate meeting rooms, bathrooms and a small kitchen.
