Project Description:

The project for a multi-family residential building consists of two connected structures- a residential building and a covered swimming pool. Both are situated in the northwestern part of the plot. The southeast, southwest and northeast orientations of the living spaces ensure a constant daytime sunlight. There is an interior courtyard with water pools, green spaces, recreational and play (sports) areas built on the natural slope of the terrain.
