Project Description:

The project does not provide a specific solution, but rather simulates an approach and a possible process of regeneration. Simulation of urban planning analysis, evaluation of alternative schemes, followed by selection of synthesized variation are presented. The above is considered as the basis for subsequent urban planning and design process. Applied are some of the state of the art techniques that are well-established in European experience: formulating guidelines in the design process; 3D building plan; branding the territory, taking into account the emotional attitudes, behavioural and subjective factors.
