Project Description:

The building strictly fulfills the initial brief, the predefined urban parameters and existing natural conditions of the plot. It consists of four main residential levels- basement and under-roof spaces are used as well for residential purposes, while strictly followinghealth and hygiene requirements and acts. The new rationally proposed structure, provides a larger number of dwellings than required by the brief- precisely 19 more dwellings.
