The building is a multifunctional complex and events venue that will host exhibitions, fairs, concerts and other public events. The Expo Centre program is organized in three space groups: halls; lobbies, foyers and circulations; service and technical premises. The spatial organization comprises: two underground parking levels for 186 cars, technical and storage premises; first level with the main entrance and foyer, an atrium with a grand staircase, a press room, a temporary exposition hall, shops and services; a second floor with the main hallway and a multifunctional event venue with 1308 seats, divided into 6 temporary halls of different shape and sizes; located on the third level are the restaurant, a VIP lounge, administration and control rooms.
