ADA responds to the complex program of the brief by situating diagonally the composition of two axially connected simple volumes, an ovoid and a square. The ovoid resolves the main function, this of a multipurpose sports hall with 5000 seats, while the square secondary volume provides spaces for the auxiliary functions. This solution makes best of use of the sloped site allowing for the creation of a spacious entry plaza from the main street and a covered parking garage for 500 cars.
