The main challenge of the task is the deteriorated chaotic environment with multiple levels, stairs, and steps. ADA’s winning entry is based on the idea of: • Radical transformation of the site grading to provide barrier free environment • Optimal planning of the pedestrian alleys and spaces and of the pavilions and the stands groups under a single canopy • Modular design of a family of repetitive pavilions and stands • A possibly to provide realization of the project in two stages.
