Project Description:

Based on sketches by Hillier, A.D.A. developed a detailed design for a tender. The project was awarded "Building of the Year 2006" for energy efficiency and special social importance, and the first prize of the national Sustainable Architecture E-competition 2010 for the Architects' Council of Europe 20th anniversary.
