Covering a rich program of functions, the design preserves the exterior and the plan structure of an existing building - one of the most remarkable works of Nikola Lazarov. The structural reinforcement is unique, the technical systems are stateof- the-art. The interiors are carried out by the Italian designer Roberto Pedrina.
