The gated residential compound, consisting of 150 single-family houses, is located on a site of 8,5 ha. Houses of six basic types with total floor areas between 160 and 200 m2 are distributed in individual lots. A.D.A. prepares the master plan of the housing complex and the complete design of all the houses.
